I go by TRU , I am a emphatic , medicine woman , holistic healer , seer, spiritual counselor and guide.

My mission with Tru Soul Healing is guide others to their highest selves. To help every individual heal with herbal medicine, holistic methods, and deep spiritual practices. I believe every individual has a truest self that is their most authentic way of being in the world. I aim to help each person reach their unlimited potential.

After being diagnosed with the autoimmune disease and having other health issues I decided to take my health into my own hands. I knew that there was another way to holistically heal myself from the inside out and it start with my mind , then body and soul , it is all interconnected!
